BHA AGM next Wednesday 24 January 6.30pm at the Hockey Clubhouse. Agenda and descriptions have been emailed out to all members.
Raiders AGM Sunday 11 February 12 noon The Globe Hotel at this stage (waiting on the books from auditor so will confirm closer). All positions will be declared vacant and the financial report will be presented. Some of the agenda for this meeting will be determined at the BHA AGM (next Wednesday). We will probably need to elect a branch manager (president) and vote on dissolving our incorporation following the outcome of that BHA meeting.
It would be really beneficial to have rough numbers of all men/women/ juniors playing and any nominations for coaches/executive positions before the meetings, so please let me know.
I have had discussions with a few people about issues/ questions for next year under the new BHA structure, my advice is to be involved and shape BHA into what you want Bundy Hockey to be. At the moment there are no final decisions made about junior/ senior comps/training etc. so if you have something to contribute please get involved.
This season I won’t be taking on any role within Raiders or BHA as my work commitments have changed. So if you are able and willing it would be great to see some more faces involved within the BHA and Raiders executive. I did attach all of the BHA position descriptions and nomination forms in the last email that went out to all members.
